Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. The "Revenue Recovery" Service

Leadsflow Systems provides automated lead re-engagement and "Speed-to-Lead" infrastructure. This includes, but is not limited to, Missed Call Text-Back automation, Database Reactivation, and Automated Appointment Scheduling.

2. The 24-Hour Performance Guarantee

We offer a specific performance guarantee for our initial Revenue Recovery launch:

The Guarantee: We aim to deliver a minimum of 3 confirmed calendar appointments within the first 24 hours of launching your lead data or activating the missed-call system.

The Condition: This guarantee is subject to the Client providing a minimum of 50 valid, previously unclosed leads or having a consistent inbound call volume of at least 5-10 calls per day.

The Remedy: If 3 appointments are not generated within the initial 24-hour window despite the Client meeting the data requirements, the remaining balance of the setup fee may be waived or credited at our sole discretion.

3. Fees and Payments

By selecting a service plan, you agree to pay Asdevelopments Ltd the one-time setup fees and monthly subscription fees indicated:

Setup/Data Fee: A one-time non-refundable fee of $1,500 is due upon commencement to cover system architecture and data processing.

Monthly Management: A recurring fee of $497 (or $397 if paid 6 months upfront) will be charged every 30 days.

Referral Commission: If you refer a client to us, you are eligible for a 15% recurring monthly commission for the duration of that client’s active subscription.

4. Client Obligations & Data Accuracy

To achieve results, the Client must provide accurate lead data and maintain an active GoHighLevel sub-account (provided by us). We are not responsible for the closing rate of your sales team; our responsibility ends at the "Confirmed Appointment" stage on your calendar.

5. Compliance & TCPA/GDPR

The Client is responsible for ensuring that any database of leads provided to Leadsflow Systems has been collected in compliance with local privacy laws (TCPA in the US, GDPR in Europe, etc.). We provide the "Opt-Out" mechanisms (e.g., "Reply STOP to unsubscribe"), and these must not be tampered with.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Asdevelopments Ltd, nor its directors or employees, be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the month preceding the claim.

7. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once the system build-out has commenced. We reserve the right to terminate service for any account found to be using our automation for "spamming" or unethical marketing practices.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
